Chelsea FC fans in Malaysia thrilled to meet player
The supporters of Chelsea can expect to get a first glimpse of their favourite players when they touch down at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang at 6.45pm this coming Sunday, 27 July 2008.
The Blues will be arriving via Malaysia Airlines flight from Macau after the second match of their Asia Tour 2008 series, which is against Chengdu Blades. After that, the team will go straight to the official hotel for the friendly, Palace of the Golden Horses in the MINES, Seri Kembangan.The team are expected to have light training session on Monday, which could include a ‘meet-the-fan’ session. Time and place of the training will be announced later.
Malaysia will face Chelsea in a friendly match on the 29 July as part of Chelsea’s Asia Tour 2008.
Organised by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), Malaysia is the final leg of the Tour for “The Blues”, where fans will get to watch the star-studded team play the Malaysian side at the Shah Alam Stadium on Tuesday, July 29, 2008. The Tour kicks off in Guangzhou, China on July 23 and then moves on to Macau on July 26.
