With the group qualifiers for Euro 2016 having finished on Tuesday night, we take a look at who have already confirmed their place in France as well as the key dates leading up to next summer’s tournament.

Four of the teams are seeded (Ukraine, Sweden, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Hungary) and they will draw one of the non-seeded teams (Norway, Slovenia, Denmark and Republic of Ireland)

Play-off dates
The first legs are to be played on 12-14 November with the return legs on 15-17 November. The winner will be decided through aggregate score. If scores are even, the away goals rule will be applied. If scores are even, there is a penalty shootout.

Saturday 12 December, Paris, France, 6pm CET
There will be four different pots for the teams. The top six teams, which includes Spain as reigning European champions, will be included in Pot 1. There will be six teams in each of Pot 2, Pot 3, Pot 4.
In total, the 24 teams will be divided into six groups of four teams. The top two in each group and the four best third-placed teams will advance to the round of 16.
