Arsenal's rising gun Theo Walcott, 19, has been recalled to the U21 international fold...
The spotlight always shines on Theo Walcott on the international stage, and it originated when Sven Goran Eriksson included the youngster in his World Cup squad two summers ago before the teenager had even kicked a ball in the Premier League.
Since then he has concentrated on club football, and starred in a number of U21 games. He has however, also received two full international caps, with the most recent given to Arsenal's number 14 for his appearance in the June 1st game versus Trinidad and Tobago.
It seems he is still stuck between the two levels though, as he has been reintroduced to the U21 frame for the friendly match against Slovenia next Tuesday.
Joining Walcott in the squad that will face Slovenia at Hull City's KC Stadium will be:
T Heaton, J Lewis, M Cranie, C Gardner, M Mancienne, N Onuoha, M Richards, A Taylor, S Taylor, D Wheater, L Cattermole, T Huddlestone, M Johnson, M Kightly, A Lennon, J Milner, F Muamba, M Noble, J O'Hara, G Agbonlahor, F Campbell, M Derbyshire, T Walcott.
